10kV S11-M series energy-efficient distribution transformers are our proprietary product developed using the expertise of Shenyang Transformer Research Institute. We are also the first manufacturer in Dongying to design and manufacture this product. The energy-efficient distribution transformer uses low iron-loss silicon steel sheet and makes full use of the orientation property of silicon steel to eliminate the loss increase due to the inconsistent orientation between the magnetic circuit and the silicon steel sheet and also reduces the noise. Compared with the new S9 series product, this transformer is averagely around 30% lower for the no-load loss, 80% lower for the no-load current and 7-10dB for the electromagnetic noise. It is a long-line product for distribution grid renewal.
